Looks like Nike decided to double up on Bron Bron with this new contract he just signed. Mr. James previous seven year deal was set to laps next month which would have left him a free agent but both camps have decided to renew the contract.

Apparently this new one is for longer than seven years which means that its probably worth more than the original $93 million. In reality we feel that this is a no brainer for both parties who have consistently shook up the basketball section of any sneaker shop that gets the shipment. We already can’t wait to see what they cook up for next season.

 We’ve previewed the Air Jordan Spizike – Grape several times so far, and wanted to remind you guys that they’re release date is approaching, as they will be officially released to Jordan Brand accounts tomorrow, April 3, 2010. The shoe sports a predominantly white leather upper with perforated portions throughout, as well as aqua-tone and varsity purple accents. Look for them tomorrow at select accounts, as they will retail for $175.

Nike continues to bombard us with retros in 2010, as we have now gotten word that the Nike Air Max 95 – Comet is slated to make their return this year. Shown here a few photos of the retros, which sport a predominantly white base, along with black, red, and grey accents along the upper. They have started to hit retailers overseas, but will start hitting accounts stateside within the next few months. Stay tuned in for more information as to a specific release date.

As fans of sneakers moreso than baseball surely some of you have never looked forward to Opening Day when it comes to baseball until Van’s gave it a go. With 12 pairs of each upper dropping in select retailers this is a pretty awesome way to celebrate the occasion.

For the next shoe the Baltimore Orioles get their own SK8-Hi. The all black upper is made of canvas with leather detailing. The shoe has orange touches on the stitching and of course the embroidered Orioles logo on the heel. With a white vulcanized sole these are ready to rock.

Available now through Schuh-You is this pair of Nike Air Max 180’s. Although they are not as popular as other Air Max silhouettes, they still have a strong following. The shoe features a predominantly white upper, along with black and cyber yellow accents, including the inner lining, rear, outsole, and Air 180 logo on the tongue. The shoe is also constructed from a combination of suede, mesh, and rubber.

New Balance – Japanimation CM1500

New Balance continues to release a strong line-up for 2010. The latest to hit the web is a general release of the New Balance 1500 in a some nice colorways. The release is inspired by Japanamation and the colorways, blue/blue/white and black/grey/pink, reflect that theme.

The uppers of both colorways are constructed of suede, nubuck and leather. The black/grey/pink colorway lets black dominate the design and apply slight accents of grey to the toe box and the heel tab. Pink is brought in as an afterthought and is displayed throughout the stitching on the shoe as well as laces and branding. The second pair is domintated with blue and trades out the leather toe box for one made of suede. Light blue plays as the accent color and can also be found on the stitching and laces. Finally, dashes of white can be found throughout the upper and also the base color for the midsole. Both shoes are set to hit shelves in April.

Well these are pretty interesting. Looks like Nike decided to make an Air Max boot with that reads like a hybrid that got left as an unreleased sample.

The sole of an Air Max has an upper that looks like a cross between the RT1 and Dynasty High. With cool design cues like the perforated swoosh, oval air sole and subtle swoosh hang tag these are definite gems for sample collectors. The Nike SB P-Rod III (3) is the third signature model of Paul Rodriguez, and has started to make its way to retailers. Although May is not here, the Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo, as well as the country’s flag, are the inspiration behind this pair, which yields a green suede upper along with a white midsole, black and red outsole, and the signature P-Rod diamond print on the heel. Look for them to make their way to accounts near the end of April.

The Adidas ZX8000 is a classic model that is often times subject to some questionable color blocking. It’s been overhauled so many times tho that we often forget its past transgressions when we see a good version like this.

The origins of this shoe are unknown meaning that we can’t tell if its a sample or an upcoming release but its definitely a noteworthy look. Something about the way the blues bounce off the golden sole and blend with that red accenting really does a number on us. And the touches of white just make these kinda perfect.

For their latest collaboration, CLOT have created a high top version of Converse's classic Jack Purcell. Using premium materials, CLOT's creation is both comfortable and elegant. Inspired by their ‘From dusk till dawn collection' with a hint of red, this (Product) Red release is set to drop April 1, 2010 and will launch at JUICE in Hong Kong with select retailers to follow. Tomorrow, March 27th, 2010, Jordan Brand will release the “Silver Anniversary” Air Jordan 3 Retro, Air Jordan 4 Retro and Air Jordan 9 Retro for $150 apiece.

All three pairs feature a 100% white leather upper with minimal hints of metallic silver. Many of you have been skeptical about a couple of these sneakers seeing that they obviously remind you of the “Pure Money” Air Jordans that came out awhile back. Quickstrike Clyde and Chino, from Inside The Sneaker Box, hooked up with Stickie213, from YouTube, at Rare Footage in Hollywood, Florida, to give us a review on the recently released Nike Air Trainer SC 2010 “Pac Man”, the PE model for Manny Paquico.

The trio gives us an all around look at the sneakers, including the custom box, included laces and custom insoles, as well as a look at the “Manny Knows” t-shirt which Nike and Manny designed alongside the sneakers. The Air Jordan Alpha 1 can try as hard as it wants but it’ll never be able to replace the original Air Jordan 1. While the new performance features added to the Alpha 1 are a big bonus and pay off heavily, the Air Jordan 1 pretty much paved the way for the sneakers game as we know it today and has history which can’t ever be duplicated.

When previews of the Skunk SB Dunks first hit the web a couple days ago the comments on the forums, blogs and social sites were very diverse. Some thought the sneakers were a little over the top. Others couldn’t really piece together the theme, although it was made pretty clear. Then there were some who thought it was kinda risky for Nike SB to be releasing a sneaker designed after such a thing.

At the rate in which Dunk’s keep releasing it’s easy to say they just may be one of the most popular sneakers in the market. From young to old, rich to poor, famous to not-so-famous, the Dunk is a staple among the collections of many sneakerheads. With a somewhat easy on the pockets price, compared to your Jordans and other various basketball sneakers, and a range of colorways which I wouldn’t even wanna begin to try and catalog, the Dunk is a perfect subject for one to base their collection around.

JGoods is at it again, this time on a base shoe that’s a first for the group, the Nike Air Flight Lite. These sneakers are a collaboration between JGoods and the resourceful website DailyDrop.com. The shoes were a giveaway for one lucky reader of the Daily Drop and never will be reproduced again. They are true one of ones.
